1. Sponsorship Refunds
Sponsorships are critical to the growth and sustainability of The Jivika Show. As such, we approach refunds with careful consideration. The following terms apply to all sponsorship transactions:
Refunds for Sponsorships:
Sponsorship fees are non-refundable once payment has been made and the sponsorship content has been
integrated into the episode, website, or event. This includes:
- Title Sponsorships
- Co-Powered By Sponsorships
- Episode-Specific Sponsorships
Cancellation Before Content Delivery:
If a sponsorship agreement is cancelled before the sponsored content is published or delivered, we
may issue a partial refund. The amount refunded will be determined based on the stage of delivery
(e.g., if content has already been created or an episode has been recorded and edited).
Refund Request Process:
Any requests for refunds should be made in writing to info@thejivikashow.com. Refund requests will be reviewed within 15 business
days of submission. Please note that any refund will be processed at our discretion and based on the
circumstances surrounding the cancellation.
2. Event or Ticket Refunds
If The Jivika Show hosts events, webinars, or workshops (online or in-person), the following applies to event-related purchases:
Ticket Refunds:
If you purchase a ticket to one of our events and need to cancel, please notify us at least 7 days
prior to the event for a full refund. Any cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will
be eligible for a 50% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations made on or after the event
date.
Event Cancellation by Us:
In the event that The Jivika Show must cancel an event, all ticket holders will receive a full
refund. This refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method used for the
purchase.
3. Digital Products or Downloads
Non-Refundable:
Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads once the
purchase has been completed and the product has been accessed or downloaded.
4. How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction. For instance:
- If payment was made via credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card.
- If payment was made via bank transfer or other payment services, we will issue a refund through the same method.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used.
5. No Refunds for Promotional or Free Content
Free Content: We do not offer refunds for any free content available through The Jivika Show (including podcasts, blog posts, social media posts, or newsletters).
Promotions: Any promotional offers, discounts, or special deals (such as limited-time sponsorships) are final and non-refundable.
